Right in the Heart of Yumbo
Wunderbar is one of the well-known bars on the ground floor of Yumbo Centrum and sits right in the middle of the action, next to Spartacus and opposite the former Bunker. The crowd is mixed, the atmosphere relaxed and sociable. It's ideal for a few drinks before the night begins, or you can wind down your holiday here with a final cocktail. It's also a good starting point for a long, hot party night.
Cocktails and Terrace
The cocktails are homemade and range from classics like Caipirinha, Piña Colada, or Tequila Sunrise to more exotic variations like Mojito Passion or Paradiso. You sit comfortably in wicker chairs on the palm terrace, which has space for around 80 guests and is perfect for watching the Yumbo hustle and bustle. It's usually well filled in the early evening, and gets really packed during Pride.
Inside at the Bar
The bar itself is decorated with great attention to detail and is equally cozy. You can sit at the counter and strike up conversations with others or watch the action from a safe distance from the elevated "balcony seats." From there, you also have the best view of the large screen.
Theme Nights and Live Broadcasts
Wunderbar is especially known for its Eurovision Night, which takes place every Monday and Friday, and for the popular Retro Night on Saturday. There are also live broadcasts like the Eurovision Song Contest or pop concerts, which often provide a reason to celebrate. For broadcasts, you need to make a reservation due to limited space.

Ruhiger Strand mit goldgelbem Sand zwischen Playa del Inglés und San Agustín. Weniger Trubel als in Playa del Inglés, dafür Platz, ruhiges Wasser und Rieseneidechsen an der Promenade. Der Playa El Veril ist eine entspannte Alternative zu den großen Stränden im Süden.

Am Kiosk No. 5 (früher No. 7) hinter den Dünen von Maspalomas liegt der bekannte Gay-Strand der Insel. Entspannte Stimmung, Musik, kühle Getränke und eine Regenbogenflagge machen ihn zum festen Treffpunkt. Wichtig: Zu großen Events früh kommen, sonst gibt es keine Liege.
